Next, set yourself up for success with proper KPIs and calls to action. Personally, I focus on click-through rates and time on site as key performance indicators and suggest using calls to action at the end of every piece of content.
Finally, it’s all about follow through. Be sure to leverage retargeting to remind prospects of the value you bring to the table. Customer journey mapping is also helpful in ensuring your campaigns are optimized to meet a prospect’s expectations and needs.
